25-26 Men's Basketball Season Ends in Glendive
The 2025–26 season came to a close Wednesday night as the Tetons fell to Dawson Community College in playoff action. Williston State College finishes the year with an 18–13 overall record.
Dawson used a hot shooting night to pull away, finishing 43-of-82 (52.4%) from the field and placing six players in double figures in a 109–66 decision.
Eden Hobbs led the Tetons with 20 points and six rebounds, while Andrew Sauer added 11 points. Josiah McDonald chipped in 10 points, six rebounds, five blocks, and three assists. Off the bench, Bridger Johnson scored six points, and Grant Overy contributed four points and three rebounds.
Williston State shot 39.7% from the floor and 29.2% from three-point range, finishing 27-of-68 overall. The Tetons recorded 34 rebounds, eight blocks, and 15 assists in the contest.
Dawson was led by Brandon Hymes with 21 points, while Kai Guess added 17 and Mikey Ngoyi scored 15 off the bench.
The loss closes the book on an 18-win season for the Tetons, who battled throughout the year and earned a postseason appearance to cap the campaign.
