Williston State Head Women's Basketball Coach, Bill Triplett, has announced the signing of Tyra Eriksson, a 6'1" forward who is transferring to WSC from Chadron   State College, an NCAA Division II college in Nebraska.

"We are excited that Tyra has chosen us and will be joining us this fall", commented Coach Triplett.  "We recruited her a year ago, but in the end, she chose to go to Chadron. Now, with Coach Brewster leaving CSC, she entered the transfer portal and decided to join us. We really like her game. She can play inside and outside and has the athleticism needed to play our style. She's also a very good student and an positive influence in the locker room".
