Collin Cobb Earns First Team All-American Honors
WILLISTON, ND— Teton Baseball sophomore right-handed pitcher Collin Cobb has been named a First Team All-American after authoring one of the most dominant pitching seasons in program history.
A native of Sugar Land, Texas, Cobb established himself as one of the nation's premier pitchers in 2026, helping lead the Generals with a remarkable combination of durability, consistency, and overpowering stuff on the mound.
Cobb made 14 appearances, including 12 starts, compiling a 10-2 record with two saves and a stellar 2.18 ERA. Over 70.1 innings pitched, he allowed just 17 earned runs while striking out 119 batters against only 12 walks. His 15.23 strikeouts per nine innings ranked among the nation's elite, while he posted a 1.00 WHIP and surrendered only three home runs all season.
Following the season, Cobb was named a First Team All-American, becoming one of the most decorated players in program history. He is committed to continue his baseball career next season at the University of Arizona.
Teton Head Coach Mason Przybilla praised Cobb's historic accomplishments.
"Collin will go down as the best pitcher in the history of Teton Baseball," said Przybilla. "There have been a lot of good arms both in recent and past years that date back to the start, but what he accomplished this season might never be eclipsed again."
Cobb's All-American selection caps a memorable sophomore campaign and solidifies his place among the greatest players ever to wear a Teton uniform.
