Veteran right handed pitcher Derek Palmiere has committed to Mayville State University. This season Palmiere has thrown 15 innings striking out 19 hitters. The Tetons Plan to use Palmiere primarily as a reliever this season. This comes after a full year of Palmiere getting starts for the Tetons. 

Mayville State University competes in the North Star Athletic Association of thr NAIA.

Coach Przybilla: "Derek has really come into his own this year. Last season, he was still learning how to pitch at the college level. He was relatively new to pitching and was thrown into the fire before he was ready. His stuff plays up when he gets to be a max effort for an inning or two rather than trying to save himself for the later innings. He has a lot of experience and is ready to help another program succeed. We are always glad when people in our program find the "BEST FIT" for them!"
